Long story short, Mulder got permabanned because he's a non-stop toxic influence on KDice: his playstyle (stab, lie, disco, etc), his language, his trolling in all possible ways and last but not least his cheating.
I have enough proof now that Mulder cheated all month of June, by pgaing, by being funneled and by and communicating through IM. I have asked Ryan for a point reset because Mulder does not deserve the 300k gold at all. I've been busy banning Mulder's alts because I will remove his play and chat every time I see him. Everyone is free to help by posting a link to the alt profile. If it's obvious, screencaps aren't needed. Screencaps are welcome when it's not obvious by the name alone that it's him. He's impossible to talk to so I'm sure he won't just leave. That's fine, I'm always flexible and give people plenty of chances. But once you crossed the last line, there's no turning back. So he'll be banned until he leaves now. He'll probably be able to sneak in a few games or troll a bit since I don't plan on babysitting Kdice 24/7. If he's there, I recommend ignoring him as much as possible (don't feed the troll). Just report him here and mute him if he spams the chat. |

Why is this even being entertained? He spent months creating alts for the sole purpose of being abusive to everyone. He spammed the forum countless times creating hundreds of rubbish posts. What part of that behavior warrants another "final" chance? When you "permabanned" him it was because he had been on his "final" chance 4 times already. The "permaban" from someone at their wits end lasted all of 4 months. Read your original post for goodness sake. He wasn't banned on a whim now was he! |

Deathpenalties are subject to strong discussions, we shouldn't have those around here (my opinion). In a fast moving online game if somebody was out of all activities for 4 month and still has some interest in coming back and joining again - give it a try. There is some dedication to the game and you might win an active player. If I was banned from any acitivity in kdice for 4 month the odds of seeing me again are in an epsilon surrounding of 0 with epsilon so small that half of it would be negative... Of course that person is under special observation especially with that record. He messes up again - gone again in a jiffy. What have you lost? He behaves well, you got more activity on the site. Also - he didn't disappear from all activity for 4 months. He made about 400 alts which he used to spam the chat box and the forums and be as obnoxious as he possibly could. He was probably here more during his ban than before his ban. |

So - you can't eliminate a pain in the ass, minimise its impact (as Api said). Maybe he'll get married and have some children, that'd probably be the best cure for all sides. |
