Flags should be removed, or changed so people cannot simply resort to rank keeping instead of playing the game.
when someone gets down to a certain number of territories they should start losing dice for just sitting in a corner protected and not playing the game...maybe for less than 3 territories
Make a refresh button that just refreshes the map, that way the chat doesnt disappear

Instead of starting with random territories, let player pick them in turn, then place extra armies, like in Risk.
