He is driving me to quit the game.
He chat bans me in the middle of a tournament he is also playing in because of "spamming". He lied and said I had been warned about spamming in the past. When pressed he admitted when pressed that I had chatted the "spam" in question ONCE ever. The "spam" is a one-line ASCII art. He has a personal vendetta against me, and is constantly threatening me with bans. He has revealed my original account to others in the chat on several occassions. He likes to PGE me with THRILLHO. That is all fine and part of kdice gameplay, but you can't have someone leveraging powers of modship on a personal level. Where do I cancel my membership from renewal? |

I don't know where this made up feud has come from. I have no reason to have a feud with you at all... If anyone can claim I have a feud with them it'd be thrill, gaunt, herv and gurgi... but I'd like to think I have settled things with those 4 guys and we can get along like gentlemen now. |

?" --- Yes, this is indeed a concise summary of events. I just don't think moderators should be out there "owning" people by using their ban powers. That is not what good and fair moderating is about. Turning off my chat ended the argument between us, and with no ability to communicate flags I was quickly out of the tournament he was playing. So, yes, he definitely "owned" me in that situation. He won and I lost on all fronts. |

I don't go searching for reasons to mess with you either, don't get it twisted. You acknowledged that when it suits you, you go out of your way to be obnoxious so stop acting like a victim here. It's not uncommon for people to be warned and chat banned for deliberately breaking the chat box. These aren't "special" or "unusual" circumstances. Look inwards and just take the feedback on board next time. He can't warn / ban you if you don't give him a reason. |

You can either play the game and 'see what happens' on whether I ban you for stupid reasons, or quit and kdice will have lost a player due to my moderating, which kind of sucks and I'm noot being facetious here. I'd rather you stay and keep playing and not post spam and be abusive in chat. But I have a question for you, when I asked you not to do it, we argued, and finally you said ok you won't do it... and then proceeded to do it again. my line of thinking is, if you agreed that you wouldn't do it (whether you think it's spam or not is not the point now, you've agreed you wouldn't do it) why do it the second time? |
