3. If you are Gurgi people will want to pga you (a player that never had this experience might not be able to understand that), you shouldnt be forced to waste time and energy everytime to avoid it, that is the mods job to warn a player.
4. Gurgi wasn't ever banned for pga before all these years, but is banned for pgaing on a 0 or 100 table by a new mod who If I am right is a newer player than most.
5 I am not sure BDK can clearly distinguish a pga, he made a post for me in the past that I was pgaing nokia and that nokia logged in with his alt to give me points (only some noob crew agreed). I dont think I ever cared to pga nokia

1) joe, yes screenshots don't prove much, if you read the posts in the thread (which I didn't even do, just skimmed) you'll see that the screenshots weren't used as 'evidence' as much as the gameplay was, so I really don't think you (or me even) can speak to the situation.

2) it's a short term ban. I was banned for 6 years, there's no ban reason on my page, no explanation for what, and if you search the forums there aren't many threads where I'm arguing that I should be unbanned... and they are more comedy more than anything (actually not half bad posts either)...

I get that you're just arguing the principle more than the actual ban, but you know yourself that you did in fact cheat in the past, and yeah maybe it wasn't caught but whatever, it's not like you're a saint. A fews days off, no big deal, just enjoy the time off.

No surprises here but I agree with the other people who posted in this thread. The screenshots prove nothing (yes yes I know they aren't the proof, BDK's one sided account of the situation is all the proof that is required).

Seems ridiculous to me that you get no opportunity to defend yourself, and even more ridiculous that your accuser remains unnamed. There is no transparency, we just get mods telling us to suck it up because they discussed it with other mods, therefore it must be fair and unbiased.

Wasn't this the very reason the RC system was put in place? Two people truce too often and can no longer sit together.

I watched integral, a mod, get "given" 1st by rebel in a truce because the previous game, integral flagged out and gave rebel 1st. They joked about game to game favors, and the only thing to come of it was integral saying "sorry for joking about game to game favors". How is that scenario any different to this?

Seems a bit fucked that someone else can get banned for perceived OTF. If anything, the screenshots you posted contradict the accusation rather than support it. Looks like Gurgi is actively against the PGA.

Here's an idea - why don't you make the moderator discussions public so that we all have transparency how you guys arrive at your decisions. There's nothing sensitive about it (or at least there shouldn't be).

this one is a toughy and for the most part I think only THRILL has mentioned it, but honestly, if you look at my stats from before mod to after mod, I've really stopped being as competitive as I used to be. I think the same can be said for jurgen, but I can't speak for bdk, though he does suck at kdice, so there's that. :p
