BO doesn't understand the Constitution, either. If his logic about the veto is to hold up, there would have been no need to enumerate and limit any of the powers of the President at all, because the oath would say it all!

Honest. I don't know what the AP exams are. I've heard of the PSAT, the SAT, the GRE, the LSAT, and the TAZD, and the ASR, but not the AP.

Chloe, I think skrum is very much our senior. It's completely plausible that he doesn't know what an AP exam is.

skrum would have to have been either from a small town, not read the news carefully, not know how to google, or been born before approximately 1938 and had no children to have no contact with ap exams. ~15000 students in my county take ap exams each year, and about 2 million students across the country take APs each year.
