Whenever there is any opposition, you all(seems like the same people) gang up on them to diffuse any allegation. You people are just worried because if Jurgz or any other mod you are 'friends' with was to lose their modship, you in turn would lose something.

I'm a mod and I neither gain nor lose anything from defending him. Jurgen is EXTREMELY active as a moderator and is doing his best to clean up play. De-modding him would be a mistake regardless of your opinion.

OK - I've never wrote a comment to a post in the forum, but in this case I think I should do it.

1st of all - yes, I'm a friend of both,Matt (barmat) and Jurgen, I know Matt longer and better than Jurgen and I'm 100% sure....

@Jurgen...Matt didnt post this comment in here because of a private disput you have. Because of that I think it's quite unfair to expose him with some private trouble you both have. There's also no need to call that "secret someone else" to show Matt's "fake face". We all have a fake face sometimes, otherwise we wouldn't play kdice. There's also no need to copy parts of a private email into the forum - private should be private, kdice should be kdice - at least as long as it can expose someone.

I saw this part and bit more of this 2k-table-game / chat too. But to be honest I got it as a copmplete messed up game with a lot of discussions the same moment I came in. My silent reaction was just rolling my eyes because of that talking because I didn't see enough of that game to say something loudly. I dont know if Matt saw more of the game / chat to decide to post it here. He got it as an extortion and in my opinion it's a players right to write it down to get others impressions, although - to be honest - this chat part is too short to get it all.

@superxchloe: 1)Who said mods aren't allowed to be funny? Question is: Did derya took it as a joke? 2)Do you want to say with this note, maybe Matt faked the chatlog? If its that easy to fake it, then why do the mods always scream for a screenshot if there's any trouble around? (and I know they do , I read the forum very often)

All in all I'm surprised how this comment got turned into a joke. Jurgen did good mod work yet as far as I got it, nothing to claim about from my side. Did Jurgen mean that "warning" as a joke - I dont know. Why don't you just ask derya how he got it? This would be the fairest way in my opinion. And of course it should be handled as a kdice-problem, not as a private one!

So Jurgen, you should let this "someone else" and these email-parts stay out ! Your "I'll ask him if I can copy parts of it" sounds to me like when my kids say to their friends "I wont invite you to my b-day if you don't invite me" - you are grown ups, so behave like them. If you don't want to go talking to eachother, then don't do it - you don't HAVE to talk nor you have to sit the same table.

And I agree with speciale528: if you use sarcasm, sign it as sarcasm so that it's clear for all. Discussions and offending others like this wouldnt be needed then.

Agree, he is, as far as i can judge, pretty reasonable while doing his modding duties.

if i was in jurgens position i would have banned him along with alot more stupid players..this game is realy ***ing annoying between stupid players...stupid moves...stupid flags stupid...the list goes on and we are all allowed lose our head once in awhile...atleast jurgen didnt follow through with it where i think alot of guys in his position would have

I would not lose anything if anyone was de-modded. I have nothing to gain from defending any mod. As far as I can tell: perhaps jurgen went a bit too far in a joke with his mod powers in the opinion of his audience at the time. jurgen is currently the most active and effective mod. he did not ban anyone. there is very little context for any of this to be judged on, since matt's screenshot shows only the chat box and even if we did have a full picture of the board, no one who was not there knows what happened prior to the point in time the screenshot was taken.
