1) Are mods not allowed to be funny?
2) monte did what lots of people do to prove a point. it's easy to fake a chatlog/emails etc. out of context accusations are meaningless.
3) rotating mods is a dumb idea. how would this keep power 'in balance'?

From the "this is our private community" point of view it is absolutly proper to just chancel off any complainment placed by "noobs"...

but if it should be in anyones interest to keep this thing growing or even working, judgement should be guided by objectivity...

in this case anyhow, any punishment for jurgen would be a exaggerated move. though i think mod sarcasm should only be used if it has to be used at all among friends or people u know, like it is the case with that spanish word for rebellion, which we all know let to -play.

@Virgi--I'd like to see you be a mod for a day so you could see how shitty the job is. Also you would be super hated for being so literal and full of yourself. Jurgz works hard for the best of the site cause he cares about it, and doesn't ask you to like him in return.

I don't abuse the game, so I would not abuse the right to be a mod. I am one of the few that play solo and am happy to continue doing so. That being said, I do not think it would be tough to mod since I do not favor one person over another and actually stand up for the validity of the game.

It is funny that all these people are coming out of the woodwork to defend this argument.

As a mod you represent the site with your actions and words.

It's even funnier that you are the only one speaking in the opposite direction.
