Serious Question

Republicans and Democrats aren't that different, they're both deluded but in different ways. Republicans are deluded into believing or professing farces, while Democrats are deluded into believing people might act rationally. Ultimately the fortune 500 companies and the millionaires who fund our politicians have all the power and they will get what they want (Reaganomics makes no fucking sense).

So to all the diehard Republicans out there I pose you this question: Would you rather have Obama be the President for the next 6 years OR would you rather have had Bush for another two terms?

TO Chloe:
I was referring to Thraxle preferring Bush. Not Obama's demeanor towards Republicans, which is probably one of frustration.

TBY I'm glad your sense of sarcasm is still in tact. By saying both parties are similar I was calling attention to how they really aren't. I thought that device was obvious? Furthermore TBY what aspect of that blog is a farce, you realize it's a website that just links you to articles on real news sites, right?

The graph starts in 07 and cuts out all of the jobs gained under the bush years and then claims that Obama is doing a better job. That's a face.

Your sense of sarcasm sucks btw.

I meant to say that's a farce but face works as well. As in a face full of bullshit.

That's because that graph was trying to focus on the stark contrast the change of administrations created. That graph was made in september, that's why it ends there by the way. Anyway if you're curious about what job growth was like before 07 I thought I would helped you out.

If you're too lazy to click the first link I'll just tell you what you'll find: There wasn't a single period of job growth under the Bush administration. When that website said that more jobs were created in 2010 under Obama than the entire Bush administration that wasn't a joke.

Actually bad what I meant to say was the net job growth for the Bush administration was negative. Obviously there were periods of job growth, but the net total was negative after 8 years.

So correct me if I'm wrong about your position here: Democrats and Republicans are both deluded, but the way Democrats are deluded is better?

No I only think Republicans are deluded, I think Democrats are pussies. I was just taking a coy jab at Republicans with the OP. Kind of like what Colbert does constantly on his show. Which reminds me... did you know 80% of conservatives don't realize Colbert is lampooning them?

Ok veta I clicked ur link and guess what I found.

http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/249516/job-creation-bush-vs-obama-veronique-de-rugy

If YOU are too lazy to click it says 1.08 M jobs gained by Bush (including the crash) and 3.3 M jobs lost by Obama.

I think you just proved yourself wrong. No offense.

Did you know 72% of all statistics are made up on the spot?

Also: "Democrats are deluded into believing people might act rationally." So now Democrats aren't deluded?

When unemployment is at 10%, job growth is inevitable. Stop acting like a moron. It has nowhere to go but up.

But, now that private sector jobs are being created, find me a chart that shows how public jobs are doing. You'll find that they're increasing in losses, which is why the jobless rate went up yet again last month.
