Condiments on eggs?

So as previously stated, I enjoy pepper on my scrambled eggs, and salt on boiled eggs. What's your condiment of choice with eggs? I know people who put bbq sauce, ketchup, or honey mustard on their eggs... that's just weird to me.

If food is cooked properly there is little need for post-cooking condiments.

Jesse. Chorizo comes from Spain but don't tell anyone in SA that. ^.^

In fact the chorizo in Spain is normally cooked as a sausage and there are a dozen different types if not more. The South American chorizo is more salty and served as ground up meat.

I use condiments on simple foods like hotdogs, sausages, sandwiches, canned tuna fish, chicken salad, etc...

I know more about Mexican and Central American chorizo than I do SA tbh I was being a bit bold and lumping them all together.

The Mexican chorizo is served ground up. The Spanish ones are typically served sausage style and are fucking delicious.

That being said I take my eggs with avocado and toast, some salt and a bit of lemon.

Chroizo comes a close 2nd though. I love the stuff.

Oh and the eggs cooked either easy over of sunny side up. Depending on how skilled I feel on that day.
