So as previously stated, I enjoy pepper on my scrambled eggs, and salt on boiled eggs. What's your condiment of choice with eggs? I know people who put bbq sauce, ketchup, or honey mustard on their eggs... that's just weird to me.

at 3:48 PM, Friday November 19, 2010 EST well according to a representative from the FDA...
"Avocados are one of natures healthy treasures. Even though they are high in calories - the caloric energy burns much quicker and efficient in the cells of the human body. We tend to believe that 300 calories of red meat burn the same as 300 calories of carrots but this is not true. Plant calories are more easily converted into glucose and processed in the mitochondria (the energy producer) of our cells. On top of that avocados contain high levels of oleic acid known to protect against breast cancer. Oliec acid is the fat in avocados and helps to lower LDL cholesterol (the bad kind) while increasing HDL cholesterol (the good kind) which has shown to decrease blood pressure and heart disease. |

at 3:59 PM, Friday November 19, 2010 EST oh yah, avocados are superhealthy, its a common answer to the hypothetical question of if you were stranded on a desert island, and you could have 5 foods to survive off of, what would they be? (from a health perspective, not a pleasure perspective). another standard seems to be peanut butter iirc. its been awhile.

at 4:03 PM, Friday November 19, 2010 EST does avocado or peanut butter even count as a condiment? I think peanut butter should count since jelly counts.. and i think avocado only counts if its in guacamole form. Wait... do people actually put jelly or peanut butter on eggs? guac sounds ok...
