Hey guys,
Over the last few days I've had a few complaints and emails about the conduct of various players in chat and during games. I'm not wanting to go into great detail here and I don't want to have to resort to giving people -chat or -play over this. Suffice to say, it's been pretty atrocious. Try and be mindful that this is just a game, there's real people behind the keyboard on the other end and the things you say can be hurtful. Also try and remember that it IS just a game and some of the responses to you having a bad game are a little over the top. Please keep all this in mind, and consider this a general warning that I will be keeping an eye on things over the next week and I will be giving out moderation activity for a minimum of 3 days for any infractions due to it being a 'major' issue right now. Calling me a fuck because you don't like a moderator decision on the other hand, would be something I'd consider taking action on your account for instead if you keep it up. Next time, email one of the moderators. Forum Posts are not debates and in future not only will I not respond but I'll warn you privately that pursuing it will earn whoever instigated it its own moderation action. We're here as volunteers, we don't need the abuse. |
