Poker players take game fairness very seriously.

I've been screwed at the tables and abused in the chat countless times. How many times have you seen me report someone? How many times have you seen me come here post and complain about anything at all, ever?

Players that don't like me can tell me to get cancer and die all day long and I don't care in the least. Mods who don't like me who spite ban ruin the integrity of the game.

You can keep this thread going for 500 more posts, the fact remains that you crossed the line and got a well deserved, short, well balanced (only chat) ban.

Bottom line is: are you going to quit or are you going to keep playing? Either way, you can stop playing the victim here in the forum because (hardly) nobody believes that you got banned out of spite and I don't think you'll convince anyone.

Just work on your attitude and I'm sure you'll never ever get banned again.

Yup I wasn't there but it's indeed my opinion that there was no powerabuse at all. I know what you said and I would have given you the same ban if you had conducted yourself like that.

I did show interest right from when you posted this thread but it was clear that integral made the right call so I only responded when my name was mentioned.

Also, you have consistently ignored all the stuff that led up to this, and the bigger picture that is involved.

OK Jurgen some final thoughts for you on my way out the door:

This game is very harsh for new players. Players at the 0 tables routinely share bad experiences with each other as to how they were ganged up on and laughed at by the cliques at the high stakes table. The chat is rife with the most foul language imaginable every single day. The day of the ban, I spend a couple hours mentoring and helping player "SumRandumGuy" get comfortable sitting at 2k tables, in order to try to help the player pool. I have on many occasions actively encouraged regular players to support the game with paid membership.

The community is broken, and as head moderator you shoulder more blame for the current state of affairs than anyone. You are very quick to cite all sorts of reasons why the game is dying, none of which involve the moderation, or the way the moderation allows the community to function.

Maybe you don't understand how desolate the games are during evening USA hours. Maybe behavior is different late at night, and it is commonplace for people to constantly spew all sorts of hate speech. The game is dying, and the community is suffering.

To his credit, integral at least made some sort of token effort to retain a regular player. You seem quite eager for me to just go away for good.

You have said that I should do some self reflection about the matter. In the wake of losing another regular player, who was chased out the door by the moderation, I would encourage you to do the same.
