Can a mod really lose a players interest by cancelling their membership? That's a powerful move. I am not a member because of the mods though, its got nothing to do with them. :D

I once got mod favoritism Benjamin (from Intgral). Not anymore because I did something in a game that displeased him.

That's the thing, integral. You always bring that up and threaten me with that "ban evading". In fact you have brought that up to me at the tables on more than five separate occassions now, every time threatening me with a ban for nothing. You have had an axe to grind since that time. That incident is totally unrelated to the issue at hand.

If anyone reviews the chat logs they can see I was CLEARLY not spamming. Calling what happened spamming is absurd.

It's a PERSONAL issue where a mod treats one player differently than others. He actively looks for situations to argue with me, hoping to provoke anything he can skew into being ban worthy, and then unabashedly takes pleasure in it.

Did you ban me for giving the finger? Is that a bannable offense? Or did you ban me for spam? What does the finger have to do with it, or than your personal distaste for me?

Why is my ban "most likely" less than 24 hours? Is it just based on your personal fancy, and you'll have to just wait and see when you feel like I've spent enough time in the penalty box? Is there no policy that you are following?

Calling it spamming is a gross misrepresentation, and you have been looking and looking for anything you could somehow twist into a banworthy offense against me for weeks.

The finger had nothing to do with the ban, the ban was in regard to using the thai character that messes up the chat. I was just mentioning the finger because you were clearly not wanting to have an actual discussion and just chose to keep copy-pasting the same gesture.

The ban evading and the 'argument' we were having were just proof that simple warnings were clearly not getting through to you.

I honestly have no problem with you at all, so not sure where you are getting this. We've played lots of members tournies together and I don't ever pge you in them.

Anyway, there are no chatlogs, next time you think I'm abusing my power or what have you, feel free to screenshot the conversation.

The special character that you are referring to, I put in the chat a total of TWO TIMES over the course of 10 minutes. TWO TOTAL TIMES EVER.

How is that spamming? It was clearly not spamming. It did not interrupt or block the chat box or interfere with the game.

Most other players you would have never considered banning for such a thing. You treat me differently, because of a personal bias. That is the core of the issue.
