I didn't know the Germans were known for their whining. I knew we were famous for fighting stupid wars with too many frontiers. If you take body count as a measure you might even consider WWII a Pyrrhic victory. Something that mods gain all the time. Furthermore Germans have a record of taking drastic measures based on some weird theory that no clear thinking person could ever follow (that does sound like what many comments indicate for moderation actions).
That'd be 3 more points qualifying me. ;-)

The clear cons are that I won't be able to spend any more time on this than I already do and the fact that my occasional outbursts of hatespeach and harrassment are clearly not a good qualification. In addition I do not know the regulars and their numerous incarnations sufficiently to get the big screen on many things (from my subjective feeling).

If you were trolling - thanks for using me as the decoy. If you were for real - thanks for the honor. Either way and regardless of the result and final outcome, I feel somewhat recognised and will use this great feeling to distribute some more points losing a few games with incredible lack of luck (come on, you've been waiting for that one).
