3 names were present: potato27, Thrillho, Ifigenius. It wasn't really clear whether the 'cunt' referred to IFI (maybe) or someone else, or who took the screenshot.

It could have been one of the players or int himself.

I have to correct myself, it couldn't have been int, as he was in the stalker bar. :)

I think I'm one of the only players that is friends with himself (was a bug you could do in 2007) so I actually do have myself on my stalker bar.

Email Ryan... Such a flippant thing to say because you know he wont read or respond, and even if he does it will take an eternity.

You seem to think that because you don't explicitly say "that's a warning", technically you aren't warning people. The problem is you are now an authoritative figure, so when you tell someone that their behavior is harassment for example, that in itself is a warning. There is no way it can be received OTHER than to feel like you are being threatened with a ban if you do not stop. My belief is you choose your words deliberately, but if you don't then just consider that this is most likely how your "non" warnings are probably received.

My point yesterday is the entire C word thread basically boiled down to:

- The c word isn't an instant ban
- It's a passionate game so swearing is permissible if it relates to in game frustration
- Use of the c word in a hateful manner in conjunction with a number of other hateful words COULD constitute a ban
- Your past history will be taken into consideration

I was warned about use of the c word 7 and a half weeks ago. Since then I have gone from saying it 20 times a day to zero. Even when people are celebrating it in these threads I still refer to it as the C word.

So when you say your past history will be taken into consideration does it mean if you have used the c word at any point in your kdice history it is now an instant ban?

I would argue that my language improved DRAMATICALLY and "past behavior" should reflect the fact that I took the warning on board and was absolutely complicit with the rules. I have been pinged literally the only time I slipped up. It was said in game, once, and not in a hateful rant in conjunction with other hateful words.

Let's not insult anyone's intelligence and just admit that someone had an agenda. Is that what the rules are now for? People can use them as another way of trolling you by simply saying they were offended? If so I feel like I'm about to get really sensitive to all manner of things.

Let's also note that while we were having this very conversation, timquick said "flag cunt.. I mean... Flag ho" to which you said nothing.
