I don't care much for this thread, or the back and forth you're having with bdk/api vs you, if I could, I'd have locked this thread, but I can't.

One thing I do want to say though, is in that game, julie in fact did feel bullied by you, she wasn't talking back to you. You started the whole thing by calling her a 'cunt', which I believe did have malicious intent. I warned you about that and you changed your language, great, thanks for that.

But you proceeded to belittle her every move and telling her that she 'sucked' etc, while nothing was said back to you. That was a long game, about what, 70 rounds? If that isn't harassment, then I don't know what is.

I don't have the same problems with you that api and bdk seem to have, but I didn't much like the way you acted that game.

You've got 2 warnings. Please don't push it as I actually do enjoy your playstyle and I think you're much smarter than you act.

I still can't comprehend how you guys are talking about one isolated incident tho, when Thrill has been playing, acting and talking ingame like this since 1942 at the least. Call it "chatpwn" or call it what you want, but this is the way he's always been acting.

You guys are making this into a discussion about if Thrill was being mean to Julie in the tourney a few days back, while i'm saying Thrillho has always been this way. And i'm still not saying he should be warned or banned. If he has been acting this way for years, why are you suddenly reinterpreting the rules in some way or other?

I never though i'd stand up for Thrillho concerning anything, but i'd be flabbergasted if you guys suddenly warned me or banned me for something that i have been doing for years in the open for everyone to see. What rule changed? Or are you just interpreting the rules differently than jurgen and the other mods were?

I do agree that I was probably a bit more tolerant for thrillho's behaviour in the past. So what? There are 3 different (active) mods now and even though we will try and use the same standards as much as possible, omg, it might happen that one bans a bit quicker than the other for a certain offence.

Again, so what? If you're gonna be normal in whatever you do on KDice, you won't risk getting banned or warned by either of us.

Anyone who still feels the need to comment on this stupid discussion needs to go and have sex urgently.

To expand on my point:

As I see it, one of the strategies that Thrill and some other players have used throughout the years, is to belittle other peoples moves that they deem as unworthy or stupid. If that doesn't work, just yell real loud, shower them with curses and promise revenge and PGE for all eternity.

Hopefully flustering said person, making them insecure about how to proceed, and thus gaining the upper hand.

This has always been a go-to psychological trick for certain people. I haven't seen it punished earlier, and im not sure if it should be. But i think that's what makes the game less enjoyable and accessible for noobs and certain types of people (let's say more "pure" and innocent types).

This is why i'm always clinching with thrill, cause i feel its disingenuous and a dickish thing to do.

But sure, if you're just trying to use the existing ruleset in a new way to rid ourselves of someone who makes the game a lot less enjoyable to play for a lot people, be my guest. But I guess i ruined that for you now. :( Sorry about that.
