Lots of "convenient" lags again

I am noticing a fair number of lags that I think are being forced by other players for tactical advantage. This isn't a new problem, but there have been times when the lag cheaters (experienced long-time players, I suspect) lay low for a while. Is Ryan or are the mods aware of this problem, and is there any interest in getting it fixed?

at 8:36 AM, Monday September 8, 2014 EDT there was a lag today at 9:30, or rather 8:30 am game time, it was different, this time the game paused for a few minutes while it was lagging, I thought that it was awesome that the lag didn't give anyone an advantage or disadvantage, if this is a new feature Ryan I would like to thank you for the pause that happened. if not then that would be super odd
