just thought I would tell you all that these two are homosexuals and we should laugh at them a bit for being screw ups and I think it is just too damn funny that they are homosexuals.

I agree Fatman. The rules are too vague. Either apply them in the blanket sense in which they are written, or clarify what constitutes a punishable level hate speech or harassment.

Thanks!

BDK there is a difference between prejudice and hate. The rules state no hate speech. I would label what Troy said as more of a prejudice, at least in my opinion it was. Anyways the point is moot.

STJ, you can make prejudiced comments that CAN be hate speech too; even if at times they may be different they can also overlap at times

I'm sure Troy didn't make those comments to celebrate Gaunt and Dude and imo the intention behind his comments makes it bannable

And Troy this is 2014 not 1950

STJ, you seemed to have completely missed my point and question.

You are free to elaborate BDK

Johnson: You should like Obama telling Putin that he can't "Use 19th century tactics in the 21st century." Like a bigot the Russians did not listen now did they?

I agree that something can be BOTH predigest and hateful the same time. I ask you though, is what Troy said hateful? To laugh at someone can be very rude but I don't know if I would go as far as to say it's hateful.

While I don't agree with what Troy says at all. I disagree with the hyper reactions by certain groups over the use of words against them. I personally think all groups should be equally protected, which is different than some groups getting more protection, as is currently the model used by the progressive left. This will not lead to any semblance of equality but will lead to more strife and since those groups are indeed minorities they will end up on the losing side of things, which is something I would like to avoid.

So I only had sex with a woman this week and I was hoping someone reading this thread could blow me so I could be sure I'm still a homo.

Any takers? Troy? JK Troy I have standards.

S2J, "S2J, serious question, what is hate/prejudice? Life choices or not? Your stance confuse me. So calling someone bald is bad or good? Or does it matter it they chose to be bald (shave their head) or if it was something they have no choice in?"

Focus on the people being naturally or selectively bald, and being called a derogatory bald word.
