Report Agent Mulder here

Long story short, Mulder got permabanned because he's a non-stop toxic influence on KDice: his playstyle (stab, lie, disco, etc), his language, his trolling in all possible ways and last but not least his cheating.
I have enough proof now that Mulder cheated all month of June, by pgaing, by being funneled and by and communicating through IM. I have asked Ryan for a point reset because Mulder does not deserve the 300k gold at all. I've been busy banning Mulder's alts because I will remove his play and chat every time I see him. Everyone is free to help by posting a link to the alt profile. If it's obvious, screencaps aren't needed. Screencaps are welcome when it's not obvious by the name alone that it's him. He's impossible to talk to so I'm sure he won't just leave. That's fine, I'm always flexible and give people plenty of chances. But once you crossed the last line, there's no turning back. So he'll be banned until he leaves now. He'll probably be able to sneak in a few games or troll a bit since I don't plan on babysitting Kdice 24/7. If he's there, I recommend ignoring him as much as possible (don't feed the troll). Just report him here and mute him if he spams the chat. |

at 10:00 AM, Monday July 21, 2014 EDT One more thing: "says a lot about your own game ethics" is completely out of order.
I have never cheated at this game, as I never cheat AT ANY GAME. Believe it or not, but at 43 years old, I actually could not care less about winning at Kdice. I have learnt, as well, that you can ban for fallacious reasons. When you banned me 3 years ago, after the grand tournament, the only proof you had of me cheating was Gurgi sending you FB messages, and other players saying I PGAed with Fiero. I actually had never played with Fiero before that tournament and I killed him in a round prior to the last few games. So it was a mistake... |

Since you "tend to think that his banning is more from personal grudge than anything real", there is no point in hearing your version. I always listen to all versions of a story, even from the cheater itself. That doesn't mean it changes my mind. Again, I witnessed more then enough cheating games myself, I have confessions and I have 70 pages full of chatlogs proving that mulder, qaz and even a few other cheated. I don't need to hear from you that "it's more from personal grudge than anything real", especially when you're doing it hiding behind an alt and don't have all the facts. If you want to act tough, say it from your main. As far as the alt is concerned, Mulder told me you told him and I indeed saw him call you herv a few times. So I assumed people knew. It's my general policy not to reveal people's alts, even though I can imo. But only if people cheat, troll or harass people I reveal alts. If people tell other people, I assume it's not a secret alt. So feel free to blame Mulder for this outing. |

at 10:13 AM, Monday July 21, 2014 EDT nope you pga'ed pretty hardcore that tournament, I remember that one very cleary
was a 100% sure ban as I was watching myself, regardless if you played other games before that tournament or not, it was pga for many games in a row funny that you're still not over getting caught for it |

at 10:35 AM, Monday July 21, 2014 EDT That actually is a lie. You even told me after the tournament that you did not see it... But who is saying the truth! We will never know.
Was talking under my alt because it was the account I played that month, not because I am trying to hide/// You have weird thoughts. |

at 11:10 AM, Monday July 21, 2014 EDT herv, come on, now that is a lie: I'm 100% sure that I never said I didn't see it myself.
I'm not completely sure anymore if logged back in or not to confront you guys but I'm absolutely sure I saw everything but the first or second game. And that's what I might have said, that I missed the first pga game. You actually got a pretty light ban for it because I considered to be only in that tournament and because it was a first ban. That's the last time where I'm going to be tricked into a discussion about it cuz I'm completely confident about the validity of that ban. suuuuuup Trav and no worries for you man. I don't like permabanning and if I see hope for improvement, I give people (too many) chances. Been a long time since you did shady things so actually thanks for showing it's possible to be a great player without having to resort to cheating. Before permabanning, the player usually gets at least one warning that next ban will be final. I'm very flexible and forgiving imo so if you even manage to cross that last bridge, there's no coming back. |

at 1:30 PM, Monday July 21, 2014 EDT can you make a pastebin of these 70 pages of chatlogs?
also I agree with the ban but not the point reset. I know he made a clone acct of me the other night and it was funny but nearly got me into some trouble. if you have the definite proof of the cheating then go ahead with the ban. the point reset sounds extreme though. it's like, if you can game the system within what's technically possible, then that's an infamous con. Floyd Landis should have kept his Tour de France medal. |

at 7:21 PM, Monday July 21, 2014 EDT Actually, I'm wrong, Josh should remember if you were present at this tourney as he was the one telling me he sent you FB messages that day. I don't know why he would have done if you were there at the time. So lets ask him.
BTW, if I started to question your motives (as others did before me), it is largely to the fact that your banning plea was very weak: 1) You mentioned "cheating" in last in your opening statement of a Perma Ban and an account reset; all the other reasons you gave are fallacious. Discoing, toxic influence, stabbing, trolling, abusing players, language, lying... are not perma-bannable offenses, so they should not be listed. 2) You have 70 pages full of proofs that he cheated all month, but you are still looking for more evidence ("Everyone is free to help by posting a link to the alt profile..."). What are these 70 pages filled with if you need more proofs? Why you don't listen to me when I tell you that I played 160 games with him (he was there all the time) where he did not cheat? 3) Even if you second justification thread, you are not convincing ("He was banned for his trolling, his abusive chat, his pgaing etc"); Once again, cheating is the last of the reasons you gave and all the other reasons are not valid. There are always 2 sides of a story. In a tribunal, you always have the right to be defended. You might be the judge, but you cannot condemn w/o listening. What I noticed that month, and your weak argumentation made me think that your case was pretty light and that a permaban plus an account reset were not warranted. I agree that he is an annoying player, but this is not a reason to be harsher with him that you would be with a Monte/Gurgi... |
