Please do something about the timer when 5 players sit.

Prima donnas like hcdug will refuse to sit at a 5 man table, defeating the purpose of allowing tables to start with 5 players. They will stand up and sit down to reset the clock constantly while "waiting" for a 6th or 7th player. I'm not sure why it should be up to one person to decide if the game starts or not. I think it defeats the purpose of having a 5 man table.

People also use it purely to troll, with no intention of playing just to prevent others from playing. Constant resetting of the clock until people get sick of it and leave. Either as above, or when there are 5 legitimate players a 6th can just sit and stand to reset the clock.

My suggestions would be:
- Don't reset the clock when an extra person sits. If there are 5, and a 6th comes just keep counting down
- Put a cool down timer on players who stand up to prevent trolling. Don't let them sit again for 60 seconds. Alternatively, give them 2 stand and sits before keeping them sat out for 5 minutes so they game can start without them.
- Make the timer less than 40 seconds to begin with.

Case in point.. Swift is holding us all to ransom at the 2k table right now. It's already hard enough to get a game started, especially at 2k and 5k. Giving these clowns the option to reset the clock just removes the intention of the 5 man table in the first place.

Please fix it.

Idk what to say THRILL . I sit to make it seen by others. High stake tables in 5 players are like suicide or russian roulette, no point in sitting 5 there. If there was a modification to be made I say the opposite of your request. Change the minimum player requirement or the point system.

You are an idiot swift. The change was made so that games would start faster because the player base is dwindling and people like you have no balls and care too much about your points.

All you are doing is undoing what the change was supposed to fix. Games still don't start, but now it's a deliberate act from idiots such as yourself.
