Honestly since the mods don't ban for anything BUT the "n-word" I think they should stop banning for it. It gives off the false pretense that only racism against blacks is worth fighting. A concept that is going to cause a lot of problems for our society in the future.

In my book, hateful stuff is bannable but let's say there is some leeway for the occasional insult. This is a wargame and if you get screwed or if you get bad luck, I guess people deserve the right to let off some steam (within reasonable limits). If someone clearly repeatedly uses racism or gayhate or other unacceptable language and screencaps are provided, action will be taken

I agree that most people get away with what they said but that's because of the lack of mod tools to actively fight this. It's not a reason not to ban anything though. If you get caught, you deserve the ban.

If no action would ever be taken simply because it's hard to catch everything, things would be way worse than now.
