I am having 6 people over for dinner during the week, and I need a recipe that is tastey. However, I need the dish to be relatively easy to make and not too time consuming as I'll have limited time.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! :)

I like this recipe.
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/moms-chicken-cacciatore/

I use skinless boneless chicken thighs, red wine instead of white and I skip the flour.

Tuscan white bean soup goes well with it. Just make sure to use lots of fresh Thyme. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/creamy-italian-white-bean-soup/detail.aspx

Hope you have a wonderful dinner Loo!!<333

our go-to dish for guests always used to be carbonara, so i agree with greggwar. it just comes down to nailing the mixing in of the eggs at the end... if you mix too slowly, the eggs will start to cook into clumps, and that ruins everything, so be sure to mix quickly.

nowadays, our easiest dish to entertain with is salmon fillets, you really cant go wrong with those, just panfry them in whatever sauce, and dont overcook.
