fonias, sado wasnt explicitly trying to get nodice 1st. he was trying to make me mad (and he was so blinded by rage that he didnt realize that i wasnt being affected by the funnel.)

so your scenario is a little different. sados funnel wasnt premeditated, it was spur-of-the-moment-FUCK-YOU-MONTE. if it had been premeditated, i would suggest a much longer ban.

then i roll past his area to go south and presumably fight sado (or whoever was my threat for 4th). then he hits me once, and i go into rage-monte mode. and he was like shit, i didnt realize you only wanted 4th. but it was too late, i had outstacked him, and was like FUUUUUUUUUUU, then hit him back.

we both realized sado was slowly getting bigger in south while we were picking at each other. nodice was in the middle thank god. so i made the obv statement towards sado, 'nodice, im not worried about you, because eventually sado is coming north'. sados reply was something like 'dont put words in my mouth, im just sitting here.'

so he put his own words in his own mouth, i.e. i will stack and watch yall kill each other and thereby solidify safety. nodice and i both INSTArealized this, and were like fuck that, were both bigger than you (to ourselves), and then i instaproposed a truce, and nodice instaaccepted. cue the sado rage, especially when i kept insisting on not accepting his flag, and blaming him for it all.

was a fun game where nodice and i worked very well together (he would later forget that, ofc :P )

Lol, I stumble into 1 game at the end of the month and and people give me 1st. I'm pretty sure Fonias and Kostur funnel points all month long and pga at will. Maybe I didn't earn the win that 1 game but what about the other 85k? I get in games where Murti refuses to attack Kostur, what do you call that?

I feel like I played fair and earned my medal. I shouldn't have won the last game but there are plenty of games all month long that get fucked up. So be mad at me for taking whats given to me.

yah chloe, if you werent around for that month... meagles was a fuckin tool. i dont know if others were planning on funneling points to nuflis. i know i wasnt, i just wanted to bronze, since gold/silver were out of the question due to nuf/voh being WAY ahead. i would rather nuf had gotten 1st, because i always hated the fiero/voh/weakFemales pga on 500 tables. but i never funneled nuf or pged voh. maybe others did?

i remember at end of month looking at nufs stats and being like HOLY SHIT. something like 32% 1sts over a span of 300+ games. that is an extreme outlier. but maybe it was legit, i dunno.

anyways, as i was saying, meagles was a massive tool. he started forum posts claiming that there was a group that was prepared to point funnel nuf to 1st because voh was a cheating scumbag.

the problem was that fiero was the only mod (disregarding grun/skrum who never had a grasp on reality when it came to cheating). so fiero grasped that as evidence that there was a mass pga clan for nuf. and Ryan bought into the idea (the fact that meagles would cuss him out every time they ran into each other didnt help anybody.)

so fiero massbanned everyone except voh and upmax, who was a friend of his, and far enough away that he wouldnt catch up with voh. Ryan did a point reset on both nuf and voh, but left voh in 1st.

and im not going to go further than that, because it is a dark chapter in my khistory.

nodice no one is accusing you here, please re-read everyones posts. i think we all agree that it is too shallow to blame you for accepting a free gift. some of us have been in that position before, and done the same thing. those who havent been in that spot have admitted that it would be an epic struggle to turn down the gift.

basically because i accidentally walked into a pge-vs-pge, and i benefit. which is what happened to you on the final table. except sado was pge-ing someone who wasnt sitting at the table, which is the first time ive ever seen that (blind rage ftw!)

yah the dishwasher punishment was 50/50. if i had my head on straight (and if i had played with nodice at all over the past several months), maybe i wouldve remembered that he never stabs. i honestly forget if he does or doesnt, i just assumed that given the opportunity he would stab.

plus, das, youre there in the gallery constantly yelling to everyone to gangbang me, and we both know that is not without effect (which is why we do it to each other.)

plus its the friggin grand finale, so its uber-tense and everyone is paranoid.

and tbh that was a perfect set-up for a stab. he was already flagged 2nd, so it seemed like an open invite for mars to help him stab me. and i knew they were both sorta pissy at me for how i worked with kibble early on that round, and then stated that i wanted to gift him the 3rd place safety in return of him not pwning me in round 1.

meh, standard grand finale in all honesty. well, standard for me i mean.

If you think about that 1 round I ended up losing a lot and it went to mars. We ended up last 2, maybe I get 2nd that round I win tourney and the last game is moot.

yah, a lot hung on that tourney, and none of us knew it at the time. we thought we were vying for a possible bronze lol.

easy for me to think, what if, what if mars didnt dick me that one round where i killed cambs to get the safe 3rd (with ~80% shot at 2nd). i lost a shitload of points that round. if i had gotten 2nd in the tourney, i wouldve been golden :P

but its neat after you get your gold, you dont care quite* as much about such what-ifs.
