My point was you can argue anything through the constitution. This isn't contrictionist vs federalist anymore, the Feds won.

Skrum I have never appealed to the constitution or forefathers for any sort of justification for my ideology. Frankly to do so simply cedes yours views are unjustified and appeal to dogma.

Thanks FNA. I'm done arguing for the time being though. I do find the topic very very fascinating and important; but I sour on today's debating style and the lack of substance over rhetorical flourishes. Plus let's face it; you are not going to be able to agree with everyone. The real front lines of this topic is in the voting booth; on the streets; etc.
