at 4:50 PM, Tuesday April 19, 2011 EDT Veta, not to get off topic but the source alone doesn't make a study wrong. The numbers in the article appeared reasonable but I was unable to find the actual NPCA study as that blog doesn't source the article beyond quotes from a NPCA staff member. Their are issues beyond the bias or agenda of the article or the source of the information being cited by an opinion piece, why resort directly to attacking the credibility based on that alone?

at 4:54 PM, Tuesday April 19, 2011 EDT Because I have a problem when an organization whose very mission (conservative think tank) is to undermine the left and support the right is cited as a legitimate sources. Especially when said organization is noted for receiving a large portion of its funds from insurance companies and this particular study deals with insurance reform.

Small businesses are only the start. If you search on "obamacare impact hiring" you will find articles about how Obamacare will encourage outsourcing and a CBO report that Obamacare will raise labor costs for firms. |

I had no problem with your starting this whole thread with a cite from a non-neutral source: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2011/04/14/966875/-100-days-of-GOP-rule-Still-no-jobs-bills But you seem to have problems if someone else cites a non-neutral source. |

If you want effect of Romneycare on hiring, you need to use "romneycare impact hiring" instead of "obamacare impact hiring". The following is the first link on the search results (Yahoo): http://www.bostonherald.com/news/politics/view/2011_04115_years_later_romneycare_still_a_bone_of_contention/srvc=home&position=1 |

By your own admission you are not a neutral source, so how should we regard your assertion that there is no such thing as a neutral source? |
