I was just looking through some old month leaderboards, and I find it fucking crazy that the top 3 each month, on average, have less than 40 kills the whole month. I dont understand this. Most players who are top 3 played at least 200 games that month. That means they are only getting a kill one out of 5 games. Does this surprise anyone else? Or give a hint that we are being "too nice" at 5ks and 2ks?

at 8:46 AM, Tuesday October 26, 2010 EDT I will echo Verms statement, that keeping the weak guy alive not only can aid in the growth of dom, but can also be used as leverage. You know, the whole "green is sitting for 3" nonsense, therefore forcing a would be challenger to flag to you.

at 4:39 PM, Tuesday October 26, 2010 EDT kendawg is currently 13th and in the top 5 in kills. it's not common, but it's certainly possible to have a ton of kills while still being a top scorer... the thing is, 'most kills this month' usually goes to someone who plays a shit ton of games. the current top 5 in kills have almost 3k games between them, with 5 days left in the month. WoW 7 was also in the top 5 kills/month for a long time: http://kdice.com/profile/44771784/stats
and he played a lottt. |
