a) I think there is more people here having issues with 12 inch dildos, especially if those are discussed as a freudian symbol for not outlived sexuality and a surpressed ego...

I tend to be very conscious of stating I am from the US, or United States as when I was a young pup and frequented the sights and sounds of my close neighbor Mexico if you said America as your country of origin to the Border Patrol you tended to spend the rest of the night in a holding cell.

That said it is rather pointless to bicker over the proper use of USA vs America. 99.999999999999999% of the time people from American continental countries other then the USA will not describe themselves as just American. So in closing America is pretty synonymous with USA or the United States. Troy is an idiot though.
