Wasn't "America" == "USA" == "The World" in common understanding of the average voting individual of that country? At least it was in the radio stations when I was there, you could listen to world premiers of songs that were out of the charts weeks before I left europe.... Other than that "responsible" and "USA" don't mix too well, do they? Nevertheless, enjoy the party.
