It seems that I have overreacted and overstepped my boundaries here with some/most of you. I've spoken with a few members and well I guess that their is a different class of gamer here than the other site(s).
I am not leaving the KDice community. I am going to stay around here and mod players who are out of line. You want to say shit, piss, fuck, cocksucker what ever... however using foul language with aggression against other users is against site rules. There must me a line somewhere. How about we come up with some updated game rules and post them under Advisor Blog. In short. This is your site. Do what you want. I was not trying to be a dick for those of you who I came off that way my personal apologies. I could go on and on but I do have to get back to school. When I have time if there are some of you (which I'm expecting) we can talk more about this. I will reverse all actions I have taken this week against KDice users within the next 24 hours. Second - I agree that xNolan has a good start for some more precise rules there. However, an all including definition of "hate language" or "harassment" will always be difficult. Maybe it could be agreed that incidents that are suspected of being either one and have been observed by a moderator are reported to the other moderators and they have a vote upon the consequences. This would prevent a single persons ideas of harassment becoming the rule. If it was a fact that all <insert-your-favorite-minority-here> are fragging idiots you should be able to state that fact. If you have just been fragged by a group of cooperating <insert-some-group-here> (e. g. Turkish people, I'd prefer Frenchies though) you should be allowed to have an outburst of anger against that group. If some retarded noob wank-waste idiot scumbag asswipe player just fucking ruined your awesome game with a completely braindead retarded moronic move, you should be allowed to clearly state your view of this situation. You should be able to clearly state your opinion in reviews within very wide limitations - spamming of reviews or chats should be prosecuted however. I think reviews should be considered much more important than chat - chat you can't edit and sometimes you do get carried away (and get carried even further as nobody cares...). Reviews you might overact at first also, but you can change it later on. |

Pre Game Alliances (PGA) are forbidden. 2. Sharing accounts is not permitted. 3. Do not enter more than one account into a tournament. 4. Do not play more than one account at a time. 5. Game-to-game alliances and favours are not allowed. |
