Fatman_x takes the 2010 TAZD; computation of complete standings in progress.

The November scores are below. They were recomputed when I found I had been using the 2009 datum instead of the 2010 datum.
The Test Against Zero Datum (TAZD) is a weighted sum of the squares of the differences between a player's percentage profile and the profile of a typical player with a zero score, adjusted according to the square root of the number of games played. If you would like to enter the cumulative TAZD competition for 2010, reply to this thread in the account that you want to enter.
In 2010, the cumulative TAZD began in April, because some January, February, and March profiles had corrupted percentages.
A minimum of sixty regular games per month was required.
Entries show number of games, percentages, and player name.
A minimum of 540 regular games played was required to remain in the standings as of December 31.

And one sugestion, my precentage of 7 will be also high in some months cause its depends how fast you move away from 0 tables, same as noamlang1, so my sugestion is that if that isn't to much trouble that you make another TAZD table without 0 tables, first thing, in 0 table's if you have 0 points or 10 and you se you can't get 1 or 2 you flag away, at least me, noam also as I can see, second thing, on 0 tables you have pretty much how to put it as nice as I can... players who dosen't care so if they don't get perfect start they suicide into you and flag out and ruin you and your chance for better spot, so it would be pretty interesting to see TAZD without 0 tables, and I am sure it would correct noam's 35% of 7th, one of the biggest problem.
SO CONCLUSION IN SHORT: PLZ ADD ME TO TAZD, I THINK I WILL BE PLACED GOOD, AND PLZ MAKE TAZD TABLE WHERE 0 TABLE ARENT CALCULATED, THAT TABLE WILL GIVE US MORE ACCURATE RESULTS CAUSE THERE WILL BE ANULLED DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEMBERS AND REGULAR PLAYERS AT LEAST IN SOME PART (BIG PART) AND IT WILL GIVE US REAL MESSURE OF SKILLS CAUSE THERE YOU CANT TAKE 35% OF 7 CAUSE YOU WONT BE ABLE TO PLAY THERE ANYMORE, YOU WILL BE SEND TO 0 TABLE'S AGAIN. so give us tazd without 0 tables!!! Real skill proof! |

at 5:32 PM, Sunday November 28, 2010 EST Oh, I wish I could access that sort of data- a breakdown of percentages for each table level. It just simply isn't available. I'm sure skrum would also be interested in seeing that sort of information, especially in cases like yours or noamlang1's.
