change the star system from linear to exponential, so $5 = 1star, $20 = 2stars, $50 = 3stars, $100 = 4stars, etc....
Placement of dice to start the game. All players have x dice and can place 1 each turn on any unclaimed or already claimed country untill all dice are placed, then start!
Players should be restricted to their own level table
