Japanese people are usually very nice so my guess is that dama is a non-Japanese person living in Japan or someone just abusing the Japanese flag. Either way, just a game. Get over it.

EDIT: now he says my flag was too late but it was ages ago. even more pathetic. what should too late mean? 10 rounds before instead of 5???
