Attacks verbally and physically flagged players the entire game, then decides to take out someone who is physically flagged, in order to help a so-called "underdog." I seriously doubt this is even a PGA, because he clearly lacks the intelligence to set this sort of thing up. Makes excuses all throughout the game, first not saying anything, to pretend he doesn't speak English, then to say "It won't let me accept." Just in general a horrible player, and a horrible sport when people comment that he has absolutely no idea how to play the game. I'm not one to make PGEs, but I certainly would not judge anyone else for doing so in this sort of occasion. Learn how to play, or come back when you're older.
