Well, same as everyone else already said: declined a flag on 500 because the player dared to attack him 2 rounds earlier, quote: "that's not how flaging works". Very same game, another story: accepted a flag, when player reduced to 1 terr, took the kill. One could say he's not the most straightforward player out there, at the very least.
