I was just watching the game, but I saw oragna flag to teal and later attack teal multiple times over multiple rounds. Let us hope it is because he is only Level 5, that he doesn't know any better. I suppose that is possible, but he is probably just a backstabber. oragna claims that teal never accepted the flag, but (1) teal never attacked oragna and (2) oragna never tried to confirm that teal accepted or rejected the flag. oragna just attacked teal out of the blue.
