Adding a new review will overwrite your old one. Any player can add a review. I flagged this player, then he attacked. Once things started to go badly for him, he then decided to respect my flag? At this point, it was obvious that he was going to loose, so I decided that I would not flag anymore, since he doesn't respect flags anyway. He then wrote me a bad review, saying that I am a backstabber, PGer (the usual crap). Not a fair or fun player overall.
