He accuses me of cheating and then gets everyone against me, even though I wasn't cheating. Then I'm sat out because of lag and he he wipes me out from my being 1st when he deserved 3rd.

I don't know too much about this PGA thing, but you should learn about the verbal flags too! But from the other side, i understand that you don't respect it - too much people are backstabbing here.
