I was in the same game (I came in 4th), and MadHat said he would "flag to green/yellow"--but he didn't honor his own flag. When only he, as blue, and green remained, MadHat attacked green to "win" the game. He traded his honor for 100 Kdice points. I suppose that is all his honor is worth to him. Good luck, MadHat, and get a good lawyer.
