@asd_asdfg123 on Sunday February 3, 2013 We were in a showdown, but I had more enemies on my flank, so I flagged to him. 4 or 5 turns later, while I was embroiled in a battle for 2nd (and the other main player had flagged him as well), bulldog30 attacks me out of the blue!
I told him I had already flagged (I was willing to believe he had missed it earlier; that happens to everyone), and he says "i want to see it."
I hadn't been in a position to flag 2nd (only 3rd) since before I had flagged him. Moreover, he hadn't SAID ANYTHING in chat about wanting to see my flag, or putting up my real flag ASAP, or anything of the like!
If this were a player who wasn't able to type or read English or anything like that, it would be fine; but he typed perfectly well the rest of the game. He just chose to attack and cut me, ruining my position, instead of say something as simple as "flags up."
Then he had the gall to say I backstabbed him!
He ended up 3rd that game; I hope he's learned a lesson from it.
