Not particularly trust worthy. He flagged 4th, then started attacking the guy who was in 3rd and had agreed to a 3 vs 5. ( Of course, I was fighting the guy in 3rd and hadn't agreed to a 5v3 fight due to 12345676's annoying earlier play. Anyway, I'll give him credit for getting lucky on at the end and grabbing 4th with a 8v8 7v8 combo against the last stack of the guy who had originally flagged 3rd. He was annoying but forced an entertaining finish.
