I am guessing he is either the alt that somebody uses when they just feel like being a dick or someone very young, with a lot of time on their hands, whose only object in playing is to see if he can piss off people older and smarter then he is. Purposely plays like a complete ass. Announces he won't accept flags. The accepts some randomly. Verbally flags then attacks. No strategy, no knowledge, no witty remarks. Just tries to piss off. Just avoid. That's all I can say.
