Adding a new review will overwrite your old one. Any player can add a review. I don't want to make a bad commit, however he got made at me when i stated that he was truced with another player. It was a open truce, so it was a little hard for me to believe that he would get mad at the fact that I was just reminding everyone. Don't really think he is a bad player, just that he maybe gets confused that this is a strategy game, and i was using strategy.
