Adding a new review will overwrite your old one. Any player can add a review. I've just finished a game with him, and I was impressed with how honourably he played it. He claimed early on that he would flag to me when given the chance (so I wouldn't just eat half of his stacks when he was fighting on the other end of his chain), and even when he later on gained a decent advantage on the board, he respected the earlier claim and let me take enough neutral territory for him to flag second place rather than go back on his word and almost certainly take first place.
