Tomo K: Thinks if he flags first he'll get that place no matter what. He flags for 2nd place at the beginning of the game, I end up in first when only 3 players left. The other player is also flagged for 2nd, and has clearly done a better job achieving the title. Tomo K is the weakest on the table, and ceases to do anything but sit. Then wonders why I take him out.
