Swingkid on Friday February 11, 2011 Well Ovi, at least you have stated your view of things, so I can answer the points 1 by one:
The difference in size was 8 v6., whereby i had been first quite a few rounds before and simply accepting flags would not let me grow any further, so i just stacked up to 32 and kept that for some 10 rounds. You had reached that level some 5 or 6 rounds later, holding 2 lands less which may not be much yet it would be 1 /3 difference (looking at it from 6 lands). Moreover when it came to the flaging of 4th place, the game dragged on and eventually the still bigger player lost ths roll off that I asked for (they were 2v4 lands but the player N° 3 = dasfury had promised the guy with the 2 lands 4th if he sat and did not attack ... yet without my concession. So I suggested a roll off between the two. Once it was decided, I took away these lands even instead of attacking you when it was possible. You did that as well, yet all of a sudden and without any further announcing after all others had flagged out, you attacked me out of nowhere and went for the cut. I had a thin spot there. To be honest, If I had known, i would have attacked you instead of taking that player out who could haved lagged out meanwhile. So in my eyes you took advantage of the situation, caught me by surprise (like pearl harbour) and took away my 1st. All would have been good if you had just announced that we would start fighting from next roun onwards. But not doing so and just attacking was very lame and it was clear I should be upset. Even more so since dasfury had attacked / suicided on me 3 times (of which luckily none suceeded) before he lagged out and zero attacks on you. Strange, inst it ? I felt treated real bad alltogether, and that is not about the game but about how people play it. There is nothing wrong about a fight when it is clear, but terribly wrong just to attack from nowhere. As you can see what upset me is not the fact that you tried to fight for first place but HOW you did it... I was really surprised and angry for not giving it the proper announcement. E.g. 'Let`s fight for first. I will start next round...'
