PtrF89 on Wednesday June 26, 2013 2012-09-09 bompy should stick to the higher tables where he knows how to play. On the 0 tables he takes the fun out of it. How? By looking for the same spoken and unspoken truces on the 0 tables that ruin the higher tables. Unspoken truces are near-PGA anyway, but even when they aren't it often becomes a game of "which of my friends are at the table?" instead of the fun fights that most of us play for. Frost83 caught some of bompy's problem back in his 12-10-2011 review of bompy: "Man, there's a difference between a flag and a truce. If you flag me - I don't attack you, and that's it. I'm not obliged to fight for you, that'd be a truce." Frost83 is, of course, correct, and if bompy doesn't get that because he always wants to truce then it is no fun. bompy is ALWAYS looking for the unspoken truce--even on the 0 tables. I understand that many play for points. That is fine, but don't ruin the 0 tables for everyone. bompy had over 200 points at the time and could have been playing the 100 Level tables; he should do that from now on.
