Adding a new review will overwrite your old one. Any player can add a review. This chap is happy to accuse others of PGA although is not certain enough to claim who they are in a PGA with. I would be of the understanding that to identify a PGA you would need to be certain of, at minimum, two individuals.
He also needs to learn to differentiate between two players who know each other where one happens to flag to the other and a PGA.
