The flagger is a coward and a bully. Like all bullies they run in gangs. They beg for mercy from the leader and attack any unflagged player. And amazingly they think they are playing fair. How deluded is that?

1. PGA's. Kill at the earliest opportunity.
2. Trucers. Kill at the earliest opportunity.
3. Flaggers. Kill in decending order. Flagged 2nd, kill first. Flagged 3rd, kill second. etc.
4. All above can be amended to respond to prevailing conditions (targets of opportunity etc).
