foo23 on Saturday February 7, 2009 doesn't respect flags. attacks me when i flagged 3rd and he flagged 2nd, so to get another player (phidan) 3rd even though they never said they were allied (PGA?). when he has taken almost all my territories, he decides to try to kill the guy in 1st thinking that way he'll get 1st for himself (although he gets beaten in the process, so he finally settles for 2nd again by killing me)
