Not really, but here's what he did:
Flagging me, I didnt see it in the first place, but then accepted and observed it, saved him from the biggest power on the map which we then killed working together. Then he openly allied with the last still existing player (without attacking me on the field, but that didnt make any difference) to kill me, thus earning second place. Quite poor by my book.
